The most common question I've
The most common question I've been asked is what are the best high Dividend income ETFs.
And theres plenty of options out there, but today I wanted to focus on 2. These two have been deemed by many as the dream retirement investments, so I wanted to put the debate to rest.
Amongst these two, one is very popular and I've talked about a lot on this channel, and the other is much newer. But it's garnering a lot of attention from investors because of its unique twist in strategy.
And I've made videos on both ETFs, but theres a crucial detail that we urgently need to talk about that may turn some heads.
The two ETFs are JEPI and SPYI.
These are the JPMorgan Equity Premium Income ETF, and the NEOS s&p500 high income ETF.
Both of these are covered call ETFs.
For those who don't know. A covered call ETF is a financial instrument that uses a covered call strategy to generate income.
The fund sells calls against its underlying holdings, and collects premium. Then the premium is distributed to investors in the form of a dividend. And these investments typically have really high dividend yields upwards of 10 to 12%.
But which ETF is better? JEPI or SPYI?
