In this video, you will learn how cutting down sleep gradually is the optimal method to adapt to a polyphasic schedule. According to the 2018 polyphasic survey results and analysis, cutting down on sleep gradually resulted in the highest success rate of all methods that are reducing sleep hours. If you want to be sleeping less with polyphasic sleep, it is highly encouraged that you do so with this method!

This is not the only video teaching you how to sleep less, and is only a part of a series describing different adaptation methods. Gradual adaptations refer to methods used to shorten the total time spent sleeping, but doing so in small chunks spread out rather than shortening all sleep at once.
