We going to show you how to make fresh flowers cake topper. Sugar flowers decoration tend to be a little bit expensive, so fresh flowers cake topper is actually a good idea for wedding on budget. It is also a good idea for plane cake with very minimum decoration. Start with submerging mini foam cake topper holder into warm water. You need to make a barrier between cake topper and cake. It is need to be done to keep pesticides and other chemicals that might present on the flowers away from the cake. Just take some cellophane pieces fold it and cut the circle matching the diameter of the top cake layer. Cellophane is transparent so you won’t notice it on the cake. Fill the remaining gaps with not collapsing greens hydrangea. It is recommended to use especially this type of hydrangea because foam doesn’t have enough water for all the flowers. Hydrangea is one of the most sensitive flower and prone to dehydration. Arrange the greenery around the base of the topper.
