This is The Dancing Pumpkin, a computer animated semi-short film produced by Silver Hammer Studios and based off the book by Howard Butcher.
The Dancing Pumpkin was given a new spotlight when YouTuber Saberspark reviewed the film's 2017 sequel, The Dancing Pumpkin and the Ogre's Plot.
Weirdly enough, I couldn't find a single copy of this movie online in a digital format. So, I thought I'd do the honor(?) of sharing it with others.
