Recipe :
Vegetable oil - 3-4 tbsp.
Onions - 1-2 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Minced meat - 400 g.
Red sweet pepper - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2 cloves
Salt to taste
Seasoning to taste
Black pepper pinch
Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.
Hot water ~ 0.5 l.
Macaroni - 250 g.
Greens as desired
