Delicious Custard Mochi! If you like butter mochi, you will like this too!
Custard Mochi Recipe
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 lb mochiko
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
4 cups whole milk
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13x9 inch pan.
Combine butter and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour into pan.
Bake one hour or until golden brown, cool. Cut into serving pieces.
