VERY IMPORTANT!!! If you turn on SMB 1.0 and you can see your systems, you MUST turn it off again and see if you can still see the other systems. SMB 1.0 is used in ransomware attacks. Even if it is necessary to talk to a really old system or network file server, there is a risk.

If you can't see the other computers on your local network, there's a few settings you have to double-check in order to fix it.

Not only are there a couple of Services you have to check to make sure they are running. There now is a change to the Windows setup that adds SMB support to your system.

With just these changes to each of your systems, you should be able to see your other computers on your local network.

A side note: After some more experimentation, I found I needed to turn off the old SMB 1.0 on my newer, hardwired systems and to leave it on for my Lenovo Yoga 13 laptop used a very old driver and a wireless connection. So, as I said in the video, you'll have to play with the settings depending on each of the systems on your network.
