Ingredients:
1 cup Plain Flour
4 Tbsp. Ghee [Clarified Butter]
Cooking Oil (for deep-frying)
3 Tbsp. Rice Flour
Salt to Taste
6 Tbsp. Powdered Sugar
½ tsp. Cardamom Powder
