Milk Powder Milk Cream Recipe | First on YouTube | Easy Christmas Milk Cream Recipe with Milk Powder

Ingredients: (1 Cup = 200 ml)
If you are new to making milk cream, I would suggest make half of the quantity so that it's easy for you too.
Half Quantity Recipe:
1/2 Cup Cashew Nuts (Make into Powder)
1 Cup Milk Powder
1/2 Tbsp Butter (Room Temperature)
1 + 1/2 Cup Grain Sugar
1/2 Cup (100 ml) Water
1/2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Full Quantity as show in video:
1 Cup (120 gms) Cashew Nuts (Make into Powder)
2 Cups (235 gms) Milk Powder
1 Tbsp Butter (Room Temperature)
3 Cups (600 gms) Grain Sugar - (You can reduce this, if you like less sweetness.)
1 Cup (200 ml) Water
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
Butter for greasing the moulds.
After mounding the milk cream let them dry completely and then store in Airtight Box for 15 to 20 days
Tips:
***If by chance you may have added the other ingredients to the melted sugar too soon and the mixture is not forming into a lump as mine was, just stir it for some more time, till the mixtures start leaving the sides of the vessel and then take it out and spread and let it cool and then mould into shapes.
