Ingredients:
************
Chicken - Breast pieces of 2 chicken
Chopped onion - 6 (medium size)
Chopped green chilly - i used 20 bcz my chillies are not spicy
Curry leaves/coriander leaves/mint leaves - as required
Turmeric powder - 1tsp + 1.5 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1.5 tsp
Tomato sauce - 3 tbsp
Bread/rusk crumbs - as required for coating
Egg - 5 to 6
Salt - for taste
Water - 1/4 cup
Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp + as required for frying

Method:

1. Wash the chicken pieces & potatoes  properly and drain.
2. Cook the chicken & potatoes along with turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and water in a cooker.
3. Seven to eight whistle in medium flame.
4. When done flame off and wait until the pressure goes. After that open the lid, shred the chicken pieces & allow to cool completely. Mince the chicken and keep aside. I used chopper for this.
5. Heat oil in a kadai. Add mustard and let it splutter. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well. When it turns slightly gold in colour add finely chopped onion, green chillies along with pinch of salt. Saute till the onion become smooth in texture and (by that time all the raw smell will be gone) Add turmeric powder and saute till the raw smell goes off. Now add minced chicken along with garam masala. Saute well and cook for another 3 minutes in low flame by stirring continously. Finally add mashed potatoes, curry leaves, coriander leaves mint leaves and mix well. Add tomato sauce and mix well. Cook in a low flame and  stir till all the water has gone. Check the salt and add if needed.
6. Remove from the stove and allow the mixture to cool.
7. When cooled make the mixture into medium size balls. Flatten the balls into thick patties or to desired shape.
8. Dip each of them  in the beaten egg white and then roll this into bread/rusk crumbs. Double coat it to get more crispy cutlets.
9. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry it. Fry till both  sides turn golden brown. So the chicken cutlet is ready to serve.
10. Transfer into a serving plate and serve hot with tomato ketchup.

Note :
•In this video i have shown two different methods for coating the cutlets. Cutlets coated with bread crumbs are more flavourful than using rusk crumbs.
•U can increase or decrease the amount of green chilli and pepper according to ur taste.
•Do not use a chopper for chopping onions as it will expel more water.
