How to Blend Colored Pencils

Learn how to blend colored pencils in this lesson that takes a look at five different tools and techniques for both wax-based and oil-based colored pencils. Prismacolor wax-based pencils are used as well as Polychromos oil-based pencils. Colorless blenders in marker form are used as well as in pencil form.

The surface used is bristol paper (vellum surface).
