On today’s show, I welcome Teresa Syms. Teresa is a Personal Development/Life Coach who specializes in helping individuals who feel trapped in a no-win situation.



Teresa knows what it’s like to be broken and damaged. Her childhood was filled with abuse, violence, alcohol, sexual assault, and emotional trauma. Because of that personal knowledge and experience, her passion is strong for helping others break free of their challenges.



Whether it’s the weight of their past or the constraints of their present, her clients yearn for something more in life. She works closely with her clients to help them dismantle limiting beliefs and reprogram old habits and patterns, while paving the way towards ultimate success.



Through a blend of Neurolinguistic Programming, Timeline Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Breakthrough Point Assessments and Motivational Interviewing, Teresa empowers her clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their fullest potential.



Teresa is an award-winning author for her book, A Century of Secrets, she has created an eBook series called, Six Strategies for Living Life Full On, and several magazines have published her articles.
