Herefordshire cider braised pigs cheeks.Pig cheeks are a much underused cut of meat, but cooked slowly are something special.This is a fantastic,warming,comforting, slow braised dish.The pigs are cheeks are braised in cider with carrot's, onion, fresh thyme and sage,then finished off with caramelized apples.
A great rich, sticky and unctuous stew.This is real food for real people.many thanks.
