EPIC GRILLED WHOLE CHICKEN | FOODNATICS

In this video, I showed how to spatchcock a chicken, how to make it juicy and tasty, and revealed my secret recipe.

Ingredients:

For brine solution:
4 cups of water
2 tsp coarse salt
3 pcs dried bay leaves
1 head garlic
1 medium-sized red onion
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp peppercorn
1 pc star anis
1 tbsp of soy sauce


BBQ Marinade:
1/2 tsp of peppercorn
5 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 & 1/2 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp of banana ketchup
