टोमॅटोची भाजी /इंस्टेंट भाजी मसाला /Easy to makeTomato sabzi/Recipe in Marathi

Tomato chi bhaji is one of the easy and tasty recipe ,also use as the base masala for many veg recipes.
Ingredients-
tomatoes- 4
onions- 4
green chillis- 2
garlic cloves- 10
ginger- 1/4 inch
curry leaves- 10
coriender
turmeric- 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder- 1.5 tsp
cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
musturd seeds- 1/4 tsp
cumin seeds- 1/2 tsp
salt
sugar- 1/2 tsp
oil - 3 tbsp
method-
heat oil, add musturd,cumin seeds,curry leaves, green chillis . saute. add chopped onions, add 1/2 tsp salt. cover with lid and cook for 10 mins on medium flame. add tomatoes, cover with lid and cook for 10 mins. then add crushed ginger and garlic.saute. add salt as per taste.add turmeric,red chilli ,cumin powder and mix, add 1/4 cup water . mix. cover and cook for 3 more mins. add sugar and coriender mix. tomato sabji is ready to serve.
