RICE FLOUR ROTI/ TANDALACHI BHAKRI. AUTHENTIC MAHARASHTRIAN AAGRI RECIPE , SERVE WITH CHICKEN AND MUTTON.VERY POPULAR IN COASTAL REGION.
Ingredients-
rice flour 250 gms
water 1 full glass
Method-
take glass of water in pan.bring it to boil, add rice flour and mix well.once flour is mix properly switch off the flame. knead the flour and make soft dough. add water in intervals while kneading the dough. it should be soft .now take small portion of dough, now with the help of rolling pin and water , make round shape bhakri. once half done now use finger tips , give round shape and make thin bhakri. once done put in hot thick pan , cook of one side, afer a min flip and cook form other side. once done serve with chicken or mutton gravy.
