I started with just 3 INR, and slowly began building my career. Today, I deal in crores every year. Of course, the journey hasn't been easy, but with faith and determination, anything is achievable. I focused on construction and delivered the quality people demand, which allowed me to charge higher prices. That's why Tenzin Private Limited is now one of the most well-known and sought-after construction companies for building schools, factories, and hotels. In Shimla, everyone knows about Tenzin Construction. My reputation extends beyond the Tibetan community; I'm also well-known among the Indian community. I have friends in various fields, including the DC, MPs, and even a connection with Modi, the current Prime Minister of India. As Tibetans, we are indeed a hardworking people. My parents built roads in harsh conditions around Manali in the 1960s. The same work ethic applies to me—my first contract was only 600 INR, but now I operate on a completely different level. Our race is strong, and we can achieve whatever we set our minds to, whether it's the Tibetan cause or success in business."
