Rainbow Cereal (Fruity Pebble) Roll Ups- with yoyomax12

Delicious fruity cereal treats, rolled up and sliced :)

10 oz (4 cups) mini marshmallows
3 tbsp butter
6 cups fruity pebbles cereal
Filling of your choice ( like buttercream frosting, white chocolate or marshmallow cream)
Place marshmallows and butter in a large bowl an microwave on high for about 1.5 minutes or until marshmallows are puffy and butter melted. Stir until smooth. (this can also be done in a saucepan on the stove on low heat)
Stir in the cereal until well coated.
Spread the cereal mixture on a greased cookie sheet until you get a thin layer.
Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and then spread the filling over the mixture leaving an inch bare all around the edges.
Roll up, pressing gently until you have a log shape.
Allow to harden (you can hasten this step by putting it into the refrigerator for an hour or so).
Slice into piece.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature, separating pieces with waxed paper if they are very sticky.
