Belizean Cold Cake Recipe

Cold Cake is one of Belize’s favorite desserts. This was something my mom made often for us. It had just the right amount of sweetness. I remember how refreshing it was in the tropical heat of Belize.

1 pack (4.9 oz) marias biscuit
2 cans (7.6 oz each) nestle media crema
½ cup sweetened condensed milk
1 can (30 oz) fruit cocktail
