01-04-2021 Snoqualmie Pass, WA - Winter Storm - 18-Wheeler Accident - 50 Inches+ of Snow in a Week

Snoqualmie Pass in Washington state has been absolutely hammered with snow this week as more than 4 feet has fallen. Today, the Cascade Mountains are under a winter storm warning down to pass level, and it is still snowing hard. The snow was heavy enough for chains to be required in both directions on i-90 across Snoqualmie Pass. The conditions caused traveling woes for many, especially an Amazon 18-wheeler driver who lost control of his rig and slid off the freeway into a snow embankment. This was due to him not having chains on as required.
