170 g COLD unsalted butter
2 eggs + 1 yolk
115 ml COLD double cream
125 g mature cheddar cheese
50 g spring onion
40 g grated cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
