This 60 min vinyasa yoga flow is quite strong and powerful. We are working on the area of the hips with a lot of deep hip openers. Some postures are more intermediate, and we are doing plenty of Vinyasas, which makes this a physically (and also mentally) demanding practice. I´m giving variations throughout the class, so check for yourself which variation works for you today.
If you ever need a break, feel free to skip the Vinyasas or take a break in Child´s Pose.
