A common condition we see in clinic which involves pain at the elbow, more particularly the wrist extensor origin tendon.
Typically these symptoms occur as the result of overloading or doing too much too soon, such as playing a new sport or activity that you’re not usually use to.
Here are some exercises to try to help ease with your symptoms.
