Here is the first episode to my gut health/ gastritis journey. I'm currently a month into my 'diagnosis'. I've visited several doctors and have found that the methods and advice given by those doctors have not been the most helpful. However, I am doing a lot better now. And have learned how to ease this problem holistically, thru nutrition. My next vlog will entail my current state and the big changes that have helped me. Thank you for following my journey, be safe!

Foods I've been eating (that have made a considerable difference): oatmeal, bananas, chamomile tea, heating pad, gluten free bread, toast, fish, quinoa, smoothies, salads.
