I made a video a while back on "what I eat in a day for GERD, IBS, Hiatus Hernia | Meals for a sensitive stomach". I wanted to make another video but this time for those with more severe stomach issues, triggers and symptoms. This is an example of what I eat when I'm experiencing acid reflux, heartburn and pain after every meal. If you're experiencing painful gastritis symptoms and looking to start a "gastritis diet", look no further!
