Ingredients for pickle

Mango-1 big or 2 cups cut into small cubes
Salt -as needed
Gingelly oil-3 tablespoon
Mustard seeds-1/2 tspn
Ginger-1 tablespoon chopped
Garlic-1 tablespoon chopped
Green chilli-2
Curry leaves
Turmeric powder-1/2 tspn
Kashmiri chilli powder-3 tablespoon
Fenugreek powder-1/4 tspn
Hing/Kayam-1/4 tspn
Salt
Water-3/4 cup
