2 onions diced
1 tbsp crushed garlic
500g beef
1 cup beef broth
1/2 tbsp ghee
1 tbsp oil
1-2 chilli chopped
1/4 black pepper
1/4 turmeric
1/2 cup fresh coriander
1/2 paprika
3/4 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp salt or as desired
