Rice recipe: Butter flavoured stuffed duck

Ingredients

1 whole chicken pieces
2 litres of water or more
2 onions
1 tsp ghee
Few cardamom pods
Few bay leaves
Small mastic gum
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt

Note: When cooking the rice, replace the duck broth with chicken broth.
