I start the video by giving my views on some of the most common questions I know people have about weighted blankets, such as the weight and materials. I then talk about several that my partner and I have used at home during the day and at night when sleeping.
I know there are many other weighted blankets that I didn't discuss in the video. It's not that there aren’t other great options out there, but because I wanted to keep this list to a reasonable length, and so I had to be picky.
I tried to choose a selection of different styles of weighted blankets to show you what’s available. I also decided to focus on the weighted blankets that appealed to me personally, knowing that I would have them in my home for months on end while I gave them a good test.
