ABOUT
In this review, I compare 8 sleep masks to help you sleep in darkness.

In my experience, there are three main styles of sleep masks to consider. Flat sleep masks, contoured sleep masks, and weighted/cooling eye masks.

You can use a flat sleep mask in any sleeping position, but side sleepers might find these are the most comfortable as they are less lumpy than the other two styles.

Contoured sleep masks have more space for your eyelids and eyelashes to move freely. These are good on your back, and sometimes on your side or front, but you will notice the extra material compared to the flat silk masks.

The weighted/cooling sleep masks are good for naps or relaxation as you can cool them in the freezer before using them. You may like the feeling the weight puts around your eyes, but they are not scientifically proven to help with headaches etc.

Still, I think they are worth trying if you suffer from tired eyes and like to have a nap during the daytime. The cooling effect is really nice until your body heat warms them up again. I wouldn't sleep with them all night though as they feel quite bulky.
