UN32D4003 LED strip repair and LED current adjustment

TV has no picture. Uses the LED strip 2011SVS32_4K_V1_1CH_PV_LEFT58_1116 / BN64-01635A,. Almost all LEDs show signs of overheating. Shown here is the replacement of single LEDs but the strip could also be replaced as a whole, they are not terribly expensive.

It's recommended to either lower the backlight setting in the menu (changes duty cycle) or make a modification on the PCB to lower the LED current (changes peak current), otherwise this may happen again very soon with the replacement LEDs.
