ANYTIME FOLLOW ALONG TRAMPOLINE WARM UP ROUTINE || Bounce with Bri - it is a pretty quick routine you can do daily - all you need is your trampoline or rebounder- you can do this at home, or anywhere you choose! This warm up was designed to activate the body, getting it ready for any workout! You always want to warm up especially before you stretch... you do not want to ever stretch cold muscles! Get moving, get warm, & get your heart rate up!
