These workouts were designed for you to do at home with minimal equipment. You can add light weights into the bounce series - grab whatever you have access to, soup cans or full water bottles always work!! You can add these exercises in to your at home workouts and or do it as a warm up! Just make sure you can easily see me to follow along and make sure you have water nearby!
