Cumin Powder
Red Chili Powder

Chicken Korma :
6-7 tsp Oil
2 Chopped Onions
4-5 Cardamoms
2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
3-4 Cloves
1 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
350gm Chicken Pieces
mix well
salt to taste
3 tsp Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
mix well
Cook for 10-15 min
300ml Tomato Puree
4 tbsp Coconut Milk
4-5 tbsp Yogurt
mix well
Cook for 15 min
Chopped Coriander
3-4 Slit Green Chilies
Cook it for 2-5 min
Garnish the dish with boiled eggs
