Dudhi Dalcha :
1 Cup soaked skinned split pigeon peas
1 Cup soaked skinned split red lentils
3 Cup of water
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
Salt to taste
2 Chopped green chilies
Mix well
Cook for 15-20 min
2 Chopped tomatoes
1 Diced bottle gourd
1/2 Cup tamarind juice
mix well
Cook for 30 min
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Mustard seeds
6-8 Dry Kashmiri red chilies
2-3 tsp Chopped garlic
10-12 Curry leaves & let it fry
2 Chopped Onions
1 tsp Red chili powder
Prepared tempering to the dal
Coriander to garnish

Prawn Pulao :
3-4 Cups of water
250gm of Rice
Salt to taste

In another Pan
3-4 tbsp Oil
3-4 Cardamoms
3-4 Cinnamon stick
5-6 Cloves
3 Chopped Onions

2 tsp Garlic paste
2 tsp Ginger paste
Mix well
2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste
2-3 Chopped tomatoes
Mix well

200gm Prawns
Cook for 15-20 min
Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander
5-6 Green chilies
Coo for 2 min on low flame

In other pot spread par boiled rice on the base
Placed prepared prawns over it
add saffron milk on top later & cook for 5 min on slow flame
