How to Make Donut plus Chocolate glaze for toppings

Isa sa mga all-time favorites
Isa sa mga all-time favorites ang Donut or Doughnut. I just want to share it with you.
Ingredients:
4 cups All Purpose Flour/Bread Flour and MORE for dusting
1 Tablespoon Yeast
1/2 Tablespoon Salt
1/3 cup Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1/3 cup Milk (Evaporated, Evaporada or Fresh Milk)
Pagsasamahin lang, I-knead for about 8-10 minutes. Kung may Mixer kayo, mas okay (about 6 mintues),
Rest for 30 mins.
I cut using Donut molder or any molder na bilog. (Be resourceful)
rest again for 30 mins.
I-fry sa oil, depende sa dami ng mantika na gusto nyo. Wag masyadong mainit baka masunog.
Chocolate Glazed
250g Chocolate (Baking Chocolate)
6 Tablespoon Milk ( Sa video mapapansin nyo na hindi ko lahat binuhos dahil tancha meter pa ako pero 6 Tablespoon lahat lahat)
2 Tablespoon Butter or kalahati ng 1/4 na butter
Tunawin lang ang chocolate sa gatas. (low heat lang po ang apoy)
Kapag tunaw na, patayin ang apoy at ilagay ang butter.
I-dip lang ang donut sa melted chocolate.
That's it!
