First time kong magtry ng Boiled Icing with glucose and tylose. Surprisingly, it turned out PERFECT. Super happy ako sa outcome. For sure, kayang kaya nyo itong gawin.

Here's the BOILED ICING RECIPE with GLUCOSE and TYLOSE POWDER:
Syrup:
1 cup + 2 Tbsp. Granulated White Sugar
1/4 cup Water
1 tsp. Glucose
Meringue:
3 XL Eggwhites
1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar
1/8 tsp. Tylose Powder (NOT 1/4 TSP THAT SHOWS ON THE VIDEO)
