Merry Christmas! Christmas Jam 4 lbs. strawberries 8 cups cranberries 2 cups orange juice 1/2 lemon juice 12 Tbls. pectin 12 cups sugar 2 Tbls. cinnimon 2 tsp. ground cloves 1/2 tsp nutmeg 1 1/2 Tbls. dried orange zest. Process in a boiling water canner for 15 minutes. Be so blessed and be a blessing.
