1/8 daikon radish (300g)
1 /2 teaspoon salt
1/2 can of tuna in water
1/2 tbsp vinegar
1 teaspoon granulated mustard
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon olive oil

1/8 daikon radish (300g)
100cc amazake
*Salt kelp, to taste
Pickled radish in miso
1/8 daikon radish (300g)
50cc amazake
2 tbsp miso
1 tbsp mirin
Pickled radish with sweet vinegar
1/8 daikon radish (300g)
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar

[Center of radish - balance of spiciness and sweetness is GOOD, soft].
Simmered radish and tuna fried tofu
1/8 daikon radish (5 minutes in a 600w microwave)
Sesame oil (fry briefly in sesame oil before boiling)
1/2 can of tuna
1 sheet fried tofu
2 tablespoons sake
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon mirin
soup stock 100
Spicy simmered radish and canned mackerel
1/8 daikon radish (5 minutes in a 600w microwave oven)
1 can of canned mackerel
Sesame oil (fry briefly in sesame oil before boiling)
1 teaspoon soybean paste (gochujang can also be used)
*50cc sweet sake
*1 tablespoon soy sauce
*2cm of garlic tube
*2cm ginger tube
