Open a web browser. Go to a Dropbox web page and log into your account. You will see a list of recent files on the Home page. Click on the three dots next to the folder you need and select 'Download'. Set the path and save the file.
If you don't have a Dropbox account but you need to download the folder it is also easy. Copy the link to the folder and open it in a web browser. Click on 'Download' at the top right corner of a window. Select 'Direct Download'. Set the path and save the file.
