Hello guys note little recipe for home kitchen.

Lobia 250g
mince...500g
onion 500g
tomato....2 medium
black paper.10-12
cloves..10-12
cinnamon stick...2-3
ginger garlic...2 tbl spn
salt to taste.
turmeric....1/2 tbl spn
chilli flake....1.5 tbl spn
cumin seeds.1 tea spn
crushed coriander.1 tbl spn
ghee.... 1 cup
garam masala powder 1 tea spn

garnish with ginger julians green chilli and fresh coriander.
