We all know how important our studies are, and we all try to study spending hours in front of our desks. But the problem is that, we can't focus on our work and we start to daydream.😶 This happens because of many reasons and in this video let's talk about how to get rid of them. And here, let's talk about the solution for the mistake we all do when we try to focus.

අපි හැමෝම දන්නව අපේ පාඩම් වැඩ කොච්චර නම් වැදගත් ද කියල. ඒ වගේ ම අපි මේසෙ ළඟ පැය ගණන් ඉඳගෙන පාඩම් කරන්න උත්සහ කරනව. ඒත් ප්‍රශ්නෙ තමයි ඒ හැම වෙලාවක ම අපේ අවධානය නැති වෙලා අපි වෙන දේවල් කල්පනා කරන්න පටන් ගන්න එක. ඉතින් මේ වීඩියෝ එකේ දි අපි කතා කරමු අපේ අවධානය තියාගෙන පාඩම් කරන්නෙ කොහොමද කියල. මේක ගැන අපි ප්‍රධාන කොටස් තුනක් හරහා මේ වීඩියෝ එකේ දි කතා කරනවා.
