Balushahi is a famous Indian sweet dish. It is popular in north with the name balushahi or khurmi and in south India It is known as Badusha.
Balushahis are made of all-purpose flour, baking powder, clarified butter, and are deep-fried in clarified butter or oil and then dipped in sugar syrup. They are very sweet, but tasty with a slightly flaky texture.
Balushahi usually made for Diwali festival. So here I’m sharing halwai style step by step recipe...
