Handvo Recipe (हांडवो ) | Gujarati Handvo in Pan | स्वादिष्ट हांडवो कढ़ाई में बनाये

Handvo is a gujarati traditional recipe which is made for breakfast or tea time. It is very healthy and nutritious recipe. It is made with lentils and vegetables. The handvo is very tasty, soft and delicious recipe for any occasion. It looks like cake. It is kind of spicey and healthy cake recipe.

Ingredients- सामग्री

• 1 cup of rice (चावल)
• ½ cup of split bengal gram ( चना दाल)
• ¼ cup of split red gram (अरहर/ तूअर दाल)
• 2 tbsp of split black gram (उरद दाल)
• ½ cup of yogurt (दही)
• ½ cup of grated carrot (गाजर)
• ½ cup of chopped cabbage (पत्तागोभी)
• ½ cup of grated bottle gourd (लौकी)
• 1 tbsp of green chillies- ginger(हरी मिर्च- अदरक की पेस्ट)
• ½ tsp of turmeric powder (हल्दी )
• ½ tsp of mustard seeds (सरसों)
• ½ tsp of cumin seeds (जीरा)
• 1 tsp of sesame seeds (तिल)
• coriander leaves (धनिये के पत्ते )
• 2 tsp of Eno fruit salt (इनो फ्रूट साल्ट)
• 2 tsp of lemon juice (नींबू का रस)
• curry leaves (करी पत्ते)
• Salt to taste (नमक)
• 2 tbsp of oil (तेल )
