5. Roll out the stuffed ball into a round paratha, ensuring the filling doesn't come out. Again, dust with rajgira flour if needed.
6. Heat a tawa or griddle over medium heat and place the rolled paratha on it. Cook for a minute or two until bubbles start to appear on the surface.
7. Flip the paratha and apply some ghee or oil on the cooked side. Cook for another minute or until both sides turn golden brown.
8. Remove the paratha from the tawa and place it on a plate. Repeat the process with the remaining dough and filling.
9. Serve the hot and delicious rajgira aloo paratha with yogurt, chutney, or any fasting-approved side dish.
