Weeknight Chicken Pho(Pho Ga)

In this video, I am making an easy Chicken Pho that only takes about 45 minutes from start to finish.  It is basically Vietnamese Chicken Noodle Soup.  Starting with chicken stock already made shortens up the process considerably.  I also go over some of the ingredients used in making Pho that some of you might be unfamiliar with.  The recipe is full flavored, savory, and will give you your Pho fix.

Ingredients in the Broth:

8 Cups Chicken Stock
1/4 Onion
1 Inch piece of Ginger
4 Tsp Fish Sauce
1 Tbsp Palm Sugar
2 Tsp Coriander Seeds
1 Star Anise or 10 Segmented Pieces
1 Cinnamon Stick
3 Whole Cloves
Salt
