Here comes another recipe with oats! Two healthy, low carbs oats crepe recipe that are perfect for breakfast and brunch! One is the sweet banana chocolate and another one is the savoury shrimp egg oats crepe. Both are very simple to make, no white flour, no sugar added, hence it's healthy, low fat, low calorie, with a simple twist on rolled oats into crepe.

=Banana Cocoa Oats Crepe=
1 egg
1 banana
50g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
3g (1/2 tsp) cocoa powder
15g (1 tbsp) natural unsweetened yoghurt
10g (2 tsp) peanut butter
Some toasted walnuts

=Shrimp Egg Oats Crepe=
3 eggs
5 shrimps
50g (1/2 cup) rolled oats
A pinch of salt
A little ground black pepper
A little rice wine

3粒鸡蛋
