- Total unit lenght 13 m, max. used working stroke 12.5 m
- Used linear motor type serie LMS27 with peak force Fp = 1080N
- Linear guideway series QHGH20CA with SynchMotion Technology to eliminate vibrations
- Required constant velocity 1m/s with max. divergence 0,2%,
- Reached divergence below 0,15%!!
- The unit is controlled by HIWIN driver D1N-18, completely programmed
- Used linear optical measuring system from  RENISHAW, type TONIC
- Period length 0,020 mm - reached accuracy +/-0,002mm
- Special guideway support for the long cable chain
- The unit is moving with the total mass 25 kg
- Total unit weight 450 kg
