Momos, originating from Tibet is a hugely popular street food in the country like Nepal, Bhutan and North India. It can be eaten as starter, snack, lunch or dinner.Since the Adults and kids love the dish so much, it is always great to make it at home.Momos are made of all purpose flour  wrappers filled with stuffings. Stuffing/filling is made by mixing cabbage, carrot,ginger/garlic paste,ground chicken/mutton and other spices. It can be served with momo sauce/chutney/achar,schezwan sauce, or simple tomato chutney. Shaping of the momos comes with practice. Choose easiest way that you feel. Follow the instruction and try at home and enjoy with your family. Let us know how it turns in the comment Section.

Ingredients : ( Adjust spices according to your taste)
Ground chicken-400 gm
Cabbage- 300gm
Carrot- 1/2 cup
Red onion- 1 medium
Ginger/Garlic paste-2 tsp
Cumin powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder-1 tsp
Turmeric/ haldi- 1/4 tsp( optional)
Red chili powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala-1/2 tsp
Cilantro- Handful
Cooking oil-1 tbsp
Salt- per taste

Momo Dough :
Maida/ all purpose flour- 3 cups
Water- as required
