► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️5 Glute Exercises From The Mat
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest)
✔️Repeat all 5 exercises x 2 Sets (switching sides as needed)
